The floor layout is measured from the ceiling framing sheet and the typical floor plan, calibrated on the labelled room sizes (about 15 mm on rooms, 40 mm on openings). Both sheets say they are to be read, not scaled; the measured layout is a stand-in until a dimensioned plan is supplied.

The room measures 14′11″ × 11′0″. The feature wall uses BD-01’s horizontal divisions. The wardrobe is 2.819 m high with four equal door leaves and a 4-inch plinth, from WD-01. The entrance is a passage beyond the room’s south-west corner, drawn on the key plans; the wardrobe fills the alcove beside it with its shutters to the passage, and the bathroom door sits in the south partition.
Design choices
Finishes, lighting and loose furniture follow the supplied ASRO reference images: warm plaster and POP, veined marble, walnut veneer, a stepped cove-lit ceiling, a wing headboard with layered bedding, a foot bench, curved bedside units, a ring pendant and full-height sheers with drapes. A 5′ × 6′6″ mattress is a provisional fit choice, leaving more space beside the bed. Materials are procedural, generated from the drawings’ finish notes, not photographs.

The mattress size and 1.15 m headboard height are not specified in the drawings. Window and door sizes, precise opening positions, wardrobe width and depth, and feature-wall vertical details need confirmation. The ceiling levels are inferred from the beam sizes on the ceiling framing sheet; the 10′10″ note is the structural slab. The architect should confirm the POP levels. Finish colours are interpretations of the references.
The model can be explored from any angle. The supplied reference images show design intent; they are not textures pasted onto the room.
